交大 Pitch 黑客松NYCU Pitch Hackathon

「有沒有一件事，讓你覺得『為什麼還沒有人把它做好』，讓你想自己動手？」"Is there something that makes you think 'why has no one done this right yet' — enough that you want to build it yourself?"

這場比賽的設計不問你想做什麼產品，我們問的是——你為什麼非做不可。This competition doesn't ask what product you want to build — it asks why you have to build it.

Why you? Why this? Why now?

真心在乎、會自己燃起來、有內在驅動力的人。「做過一點點」永遠勝過「想得很完整卻毫無行動」。People who genuinely care, who light themselves on fire, who have inner drive. Having done a little always beats having thought it all through but done nothing.

「我自己比過很多黑客松或商競，觀察到目前比賽大多偏向商業模式，想藉由這個比賽打破現況，幫助學弟妹看見他們的潛力。」"I've done plenty of hackathons and business contests myself, and most lean toward business models. I want to break that with this competition — and help students see their own potential."

「只要你肯花時間，沒有做不到的事！」"As long as you're willing to put in the time, there's nothing you can't do!"

題目必須出自你個人真實的經歷或在乎的事。Your topic must come from your own real experience or something you genuinely care about.

• 繳交 pitch 簡報，20 頁以內。Submit a pitch deck, 20 pages max.
• 強制包含一頁「我與這個題目的關係」：這題跟你的個人經歷是什麼關係？你已經為它做過什麼（哪怕是很小的行動也可以）？One page is mandatory — "My relationship with this topic": how does it connect to your own life? What have you already done for it (even the smallest action counts)?
• 篩選原則：做過一點點 > 想得很完整。此頁缺漏或事後硬掰，取消參賽資格。Selection rule: done a little > thought it through. Miss this page or fake it after the fact, and you're disqualified.

• 簡報不限頁數，但嚴格控時。No page limit, but strict timing.
• 每隊 pitch 5 分鐘 ＋ 評審 Q&A 3–5 分鐘。Each team pitches 5 minutes + 3–5 minutes of judge Q&A.
• Q&A 刻意往個人深挖，不做商業拷問：why you · why this · why now。Q&A deliberately digs into the personal, not a business grilling: why you · why this · why now.
